Undoubtedly, modifications for computer games are a wonderful thing. But an obstacle to the implementation can be a violation of copyright, as happened in the case of Pokemon Evolved.
Recently in ARK: Survival Evolved it became possible to collect all Pokemon. The modification for the game turns all dinosaurs into Pokemon, however, in order to catch them all, you have to hurry. In this mode, a copyright infringement notice has already been issued.
It has not yet been confirmed which company sent the notification — The Pokemon Company or Nintendo, but one thing is certain, it was issued on real grounds. The developer of the modification admits that the models were honestly borrowed from the Pokemon X / Y. Hunting, war and horseback riding on pokemon look fun, but the main gameplay has remained untouched.
